Pour the desired amount of glitter onto a tray or dip an eyeshadow brush into the product. For a more intense effect, dampen the makeup brush and gently tap on the desired area for long-lasting results. Wait about 10 seconds for the glitter to set. Use a fan brush to remove any excess glitter. To remove, gently wash with soap and warm water.
